Jeremy Barber is a Captain certified by the United States Coast Guard OUPV and has decades of experience fishing Lake Michigan, Lake Huron, and Lake Erie in addition to inland lakes all over the state.  He has also expanded his fishing experience by fishing the offshore waters of the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.  He has learned fishing from an early age as a grandson of a charter captain.  He started out as a first mate on Lake Huron over 25 years ago.  He also fished many other ports on the East side of the State ranging from Port Huron to Alpena, MI.  Jeremy selected Grand Haven as his home port in 2003 due to it’s reputation for fishing consistency as well as the convenient location and many tourist attractions.  Jeremy has also been featured on the cover of Great Lakes Angler and is very well respected by all the other Charter Captains on the Lake.  His vast knowledge of open lake fishing combined with tournament experience will make sure that you have the trip of a lifetime aboard the Moonlighter.  Come enjoy our beautiful waters and take advantage of the phenomenal fishing Grand Haven has to offer!
