The Moonlighter Provides Safety and a Superior Fishing Platform

The Moonlighter is a 33 foot Tiara and is set up to maximize your fishing enjoyment.  Jeremy has equipped the boat with the latest equipment and it’s got everything necessary to get you on the fish and back to port dry and safely.  The Moonlighter is annually inspected by both the United States Coastguard and the Department of Natural Resources ensuring that we have the proper safety equipment and that it is completely sea-worthy.  It comes outfitted with a array of technology including global positioning systems, radar, multiple fish finders, speed and depth probes on the downriggers, and of course marine radios.  We have moved docking locations to the Chinook Pier located downtown Grand Haven to make it easier to find us and so we have a shorter time to get past the pier-heads and start fishing!  As you can see, the backdeck is more spacious than most other charter boats at 13′ wide. This allows more separation between lines and makes it much easier to catch and land fish.

Whether the fish are up on the surface or have retreated to the depths, we have plenty of tools to help you get hooked up.  We routinely run a combination of lead core line, copper line, various dispy diver applications,and downriggers.  Each of these types of line serves a special purpose and we will utilize whatever we feel will give you the best chance to hook into a fish of a lifetime
